The sessions can be used for loose lead walking, recall, meeting and greeting other dogs and people, impulse control and much more.
This 6 week long class looks at common problems such as lack of focus outside the home such as going deaf, jumping up etc. We build on the foundation behaviours of the loose lead walking, recall and settle. Teaching your dog that nice calm behaviours get rewarded. We start looking at introducing the three D's (distraction, distance and duration) and how we can apply these to everyday life. With the variety of training areas we have access to at Whitcombe there are lots of opportunities to really proof and maintain these behaviours.
